Angeline

Hello, I’m Angeline and I work within the GNC Technical Alliance Technical Support Team (TST) as a Helpdesk on Nutrition in Emergencies (NiE). I provide support to countries on NiE-related queries and engage with Global Thematic Working Groups, UNICEF and other experts on complex questions that require global guidance. In addition to my NiE Helpdesk role, I am also part of the TST Coordination Unit. 

My primary area of interest is the decentralisation and localisation of nutrition programming and coordination. I also have a keen interest in the intersection of health and social care models that can support adequate nutrition. I have previously worked in the areas of nutrition assessment, nutrition programme implementation, nutrition cluster coordination and nutrition-sensitive programming in West Africa, East Africa, the Middle East and South-East Asia, with a variety of organisations. 

I hold an MSc in Public Health Nutrition from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Edinburgh. I live and work remotely on the outskirts of Geneva with my family.
